§ Train a ROCker model

Build and compile a model to use with ROCker. This task is computationally expensive, and may take several hours (or days) to complete, depending on the size of the input lists. If you have a well curated set of proteins, and your task exceeds the 5-days running time limit, contact us.

§ Input data

Your name, a valid e-mail address, and a name to identify the job.
