Web interface of MiGA, the Microbial Genomes Atlas.

Beta preview

MiGA and the MiGA Web interface are currently under active development and the interfaces and components can be modified without notice. Backward compatibility is preferred in any changes, but cannot be ensured in the present stage of development.

Behind MiGA

MiGA web is developed and maintained by Luis M. Rodriguez-R. The MiGA web codebase is freely available under the terms of the terms of the Artistic License 2.0.

MiGA is the result of a collaboration between the Kostas Lab (Georgia Institute of Technology) and the RDP team (Center for Microbial Ecology, Michigan State University). The MiGA project is funded by the US National Science Foundation (Award #1356288).
